Jacen & Tenel Ka, (occasionally Kyp, Zekk & a couple of OCs as well) were always my go-to characters in SW RPs and multi-fandom RPs (and also had a multitude of other characters from other fandoms too) – it was fun and I met a lot of awesome people through it. There are certain pairings (esp. from the sequels) that put me back into Not Good places in my life so it’s nothing personal but I can’t follow any journals with untagged stuff relating to those ships for my own comfort/stability. Again, nothing personal – you do you!006. Faceclaim: River Phoenix! When I started reading the EU, River was always in my head when I read about Jacen. I made icons for old RPs and edits and all kinds of ridiculous stuff using River as Jacen and reused photos over and over because there were never enough. ♡When the Japanese covers for the New Jedi Order were released I was over the moon to see that the illustrator, Tsuyoshi Nagano, used River as inspiration for jacen on a couple of the covers!When I wanted to revamp this blog I realized how long it had been since I used River for Jacen in RPing and wanted to do it again, so why not now? :)Before revamping, it had been a mix of Louis Partridge & Judah Lewis depending on the mood. Also a ton of Sam Winchester – but not necessarily Jared Padalecki? lolol it was pretty much him only him in SPN/as Sam. I started watching Supernatural when it first aired (which started roughly when Jacen started his descent in the books) and since then, Jared had been my go-to for Jacen/Caedus. Now I realize it’s only really Sam. Especially for Caedus. Since Sam had some rough spots (lol dark side spots), it always worked out very well and there was a multitude of resources for graphics!

001. Fandoms/Characters: I will throw Jacen/Caedus in with anyone from any fandom as long as I’m somewhat familiar with said fandom. Also, I love original characters -- bring them on!002. Exclusivity/Selectivity: I’ve never been exclusive to characters or players. As far as characters go, I will RP with multiples of one character and I’ll RP with other Jacen/Caedus muses – the more the merrier! As far as selectivity, I’m a little selective with starting threads due to the fact that I can’t sit here and write with people for long stretches at a time as much as I want to due to life/work/other projects~003. Response Time: If I’m not here I’m probably getting work done, sewing something, working on a website, writing a book that will never get finished, or doing something else ridiculous. I will be attempting to respond as fast as I can but I’m not that fast, so who knows??? ¯_(ツ)_/¯004. Plotting: If you have an idea for something, please feel free to send a message my way. Plotting, sobbing about EU characters not being a thing anymore, and rambling about the EU are some of my favorite things to do. Threading: I try to keep an RP post to the interacting character’s last post and then my response so things don't get too long. Sometimes I tend to write a fair amount (aka I ramble) when I RP (I love describing ridiculous things) so if I respond with more than expected, MY APOLOGIES. bio

The oldest son of Han Solo and Leia Organa Solo; twin brother to Jaina Solo and older brother to Anakin Solo. He and his sister trained at Uncle Luke's Jedi Academy and had many crazy adventures when they were young; which is where Jacen met many new friends like Lowbacca, Zekk, and what ended up being his lifelong crush-turned-lover Tenel Ka Djo.This is the part where the bio would get into the Yuuzhan Vong War then the Killik Crisis then the fall to Darth Caedus, but Wookieepedia does a way better job at all that -- plus this bio someone on Reddit posted when someone asked about the Solo kids is way more succinct:Dorky yet lovable kid who tells corny jokes turned confused teenager turned that guy that drops out of college to go backpacking across the galaxy turned radicalized fascist edge lord.

“Mom, I don’t want to eat those. They’re gross.” All he wanted to do was go outside. There were places to explore, creatures to find, people to watch. This healthy junk could wait. Narrowing his eyes and concentrating, he stared at the back of Leia Organa Solo’s head. This didn’t last long though. His face fell as his mother scolded him for trying to use a Jedi mind trick on her. She may not have been a Jedi but she had the Force and she knew some things about how it worked. Jacen swore he saw a hint of a grin on her face though and he’d finish his vegetables because of that smile. He liked making people smile.

He was always interested in new species - learning everything about them: culture, traditions, legends - but not when said new species rocketed into the galaxy with a goal to kill and take over.

As he looked at his reflection months later, he would ask himself the same question while his brown eyes faded and grew lighter each day.

“Tenel Ka, you know need to pick a new name, right? Right now, yours only reminds you of your past. And Djo reminds you of your mother, who was murdered by your grandmother, just like our daughter might be.” Caedus watched her expression. Like many instances that he noted after taking her away from Hapes, she looked torn. She, like himself, was always taught that this was wrong. Well, so was watching your daughter get hurt in front of you – being forced to watch it. When he faintly reminded her of that image through their connection, he saw her jaw set and her eyes narrow. He was hers, she was his and the galaxy would get theirs.
[ AU: Caedus manages to get Tenel Ka to see it his way but only after Allana is taken and possibly killed by Ta'a Chume’s assassins. Outlaw couple on the run. ]

love / au: redemption era

“Allana, that’s a very pretty necklace you’re wearing. You know I made that for your mother when we were younger, right?” Staring down at his daughter and running his fingers over the gort eggshells strung around her neck, Jacen Solo felt his breath hitch in his throat. He lost track of the number of times in one day that he would tell himself he didn’t deserve this. He didn’t deserve his daughter and Tenel Ka and the love they gave him. He didn’t deserve his family or the people who still considered him a friend. His visits to Hapes in between his rehabilitation periods at the academy were increasing and he looked forward to watching his daughter grow up with the Queen Mother next to him.
[ AU: the twins’ battle ends in severe injuries and an arrest. Jacen is brought back and the onslaught of Dad Jokes ensue – debilitating flashbacks do as well. ]

time / au: modern

“Zeke, Jay’s gonna kill you if you keep that up. They almost fired her last time you visited her at work and she covered for your ass. And don’t look at me like that – I’m on my best behavior every single time I go there.” Jace wasn’t surprised at all how much trouble their friend had gotten himself into lately. He could recall when they were all younger and the trouble usually just found Z without the kid even having to look for it. It usually found Jace too – that was easy when you were Jacen Solo, son of politician Leia Organa Solo & hotshot Han Solo – but he found a way to hide himself from it by spending most of his time in the lab studying wildlife or sneaking into his girlfriend’s close friend’s apartment to watch horrible horror movies. TK never admitted it, but she loved how bad most of them were. Occasionally, they would find an actually scary one.
